If you need to plan a big soiree, but don’t have the time it requires to research vendors, create decor, determine favors, and all the other tasks that come with planning an event, that’s where we come in.
With your guidance in our initial meeting, we will run with checking off all the aspects needed to make your event not only successful but unforgettable. Since we aren’t fortune tellers, we cannot tell you with certainty what the total event cost will be, but we do give you a rough estimate and provide you with budget updates. As always, we will confirm vendors and ideas with you prior to locking anything in.
All vendor communication and payments run through us so you only have to worry about one company. Budget updates will be sent via a report by category with descriptions. As the event gets closer, we will provide a vivid walkthrough of your event as well as an event timeline. We will be there before to set up, during to make sure everything runs smoothly, and after for cleanup.
For our research, time, and correspondence, we add a 20% service fee.
Weddings
Wedding Planner – we’ll be there for you from the beginning with vendor research, decoration selections, rehearsal run-through, day of timeline, and all things wedding related so you can enjoy your wedding day to the fullest.
Wedding Day of Coordinator – Since we’re not involved in the wedding process from the beginning, we’ll send you an extensive questionnaire that we will discuss to ensure we know the ins and outs of your day and all the little details. We’ll run the rehearsal and be involved every step of the way on the day of.
Event Planning is quoted based on how involved you’d like us to be in the process (Research all vendors? Prepare swag bags? Centerpieces? Etc.). Please contact us today for a quote for your event.
