Can I add and eliminate items to a quote?

Of course! The tiered quotes are meant to be a starting point in determining your budget and needs. We’re flexible and can adjust items in the quote as needed.

Can I keep the decorations after the party?

Great question!! When I send your quotes, I will specify what’s being rented, which I will come and pick up after your event. Examples of items that are rented are backdrops and stands, LED signs, and balloon column stands.

Can I add items to my decor at a later date?

Yes! As long as we are notified with an adequate amount of time, we’re happy to accommodate additional decoration requests.

I really need help finding vendors, is this something you can add to my quote?

Of course. We work with an array of vendors and would be happy to include them in your event. If you’re wanting a type of vendor we haven’t used before, we’re happy to research. I will provide the vendor descriptions and/or photos with what you’re looking for and once I have a quote from them, I will provide it to you for your approval before booking. We’ll include vendor payments in our quote and handle all vendor communication so you’re only needing to settle up with one company, us. For our research, time, and correspondence, we add a 20% service fee to vendor services booked through us.

I’m getting married but I have no idea where to start, can you help?

Of course! Don’t stress, we got your back so you can enjoy this process rather than dislike it.

I want a big soiree but have a minimal budget, can you work your magic?

Unfortunately big soirees often come with a big price tag. We’ll discuss your event, how many people, wants, etc. and we’ll give you our honest opinion on the budget and where we could cut some costs.

I’m planning a corporate event and need help with name tags, checking in, and silent auctions. Would your team help with those as well?

Yes! We are happy to assist in all aspects that you need help with. It’s important to give us all the information upfront so we can adequately staff for your event and prepare the room as needed.

I’m going to need a lot more assistance for my event than I originally thought, can we update our terms?

We are super flexible and understand circumstances change. Based on the changes needed, we are happy to discuss additional payment terms to make sure everything is taken care of and perfect for your event.

We will schedule an initial consultation with you to discuss all parts of your event from A-Z. After our conversation, I will create a customized quote based on the needs discussed. If you’d like to move forward, I will then send a contract with an initial deposit due.
